Family Support Services
Work in partnership with parents and guardians to help provide stable and productive home environments for their children. We work with our families to help address a variety of personal, family and community barriers that may impede their ability to lead stable lives by:
- Connecting with natural supports
- Identifying and accessing community resources
- Supporting parents' active engagement in the CFT process
- Enhancing family education
- Building a web of natural supports
